Who we are

Founded in 1984 by brothers Dwain and David Rotan, D&D Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning has been a trusted name in Midland for over four decades. What began as a small plumbing company has grown into a full-service provider specializing in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning solutions for homes and businesses.

From clearing clogged drains to installing state-of-the-art HVAC systems or working on new home construction, we pride ourselves on delivering superior service and craftsmanship. Our mission is simple: to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every project, big or small.

In 1989, we expanded our services to include air conditioning and heating, and by 1994, D&D was incorporated. In 1997, Derek Rotan joined as a full partner, helping to further the company’s growth and vision. Over the years, we’ve evolved from a team of just three employees to a thriving workforce of over 20, thanks to the strategic additions of Scooter’s Plumbing in 2003 and May Plumbing in 2010.

We are proud to be active members of the Better Business Bureau, Midland Chamber of Commerce, Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Contractors (PHCC), and the Partners in Education Program with MISD.
