Two of my air conditioners weren’t working properly. The technician diagnosed the problems. He got one working. Unfortunately the split system was legs up dead. It will need to be replaced.

A Family-Owned Plumbing & HVAC Business Serving West Texas
What started as a small plumbing shop in 1984 grew into a full-service plumbing, HVAC, and insulation team. Same family, same standards, more capability.

Who We Are
In 1984, brothers Dwain and David Rotan started a small plumbing operation in Midland with one mission: do honest work, treat customers right, and stand behind every job. Forty years later, that's still it.
HVAC services were added in 1989 as customers asked for more. The company incorporated in 1994. In 1997, Derek Rotan joined as a full partner, bringing the second generation into the business. Strategic acquisitions of Scooter's Plumbing (2003) and May Plumbing (2010) grew our team and broadened our reach across the Permian Basin.
Today, 20+ licensed technicians service homes and businesses across Midland, Odessa, and surrounding West Texas. We've been voted Midland's favorite plumber every year since 2010, and we don't take that for granted.

Our Story Throughout the Years
- 1984
Brothers Dwain and David Rotan found D&D Plumbing in Midland with three employees and one truck.
- 1989
HVAC services added. The company becomes a full plumbing, heating, and air conditioning provider.
- 1994
D&D incorporates as the Permian Basin oil-and-gas economy expands the customer base.
- 1997
Derek Rotan joins as full partner and stockholder, second generation in the family business.
- 2003
D&D acquires Scooter's Plumbing, growing the residential customer base across Midland.
- 2010
Acquisition of May Plumbing. Voted Midland's favorite plumber, a streak that continues every year since.
- Today
20+ technicians serving Midland, Odessa, and the entire Permian Basin in plumbing, HVAC, and insulation.

Josh, Service Technician did an excellent job replacing our kitchen faucet & lighting pilot lights. He was prompt, honest & knowledgeable. He was very nice, personable & helped me with picking out the correct brand of faucet needed. The work was completed in good time & done well. We appreciate D&D Plumbing & the services they provide.
This is the second time D&D has helped us out. Caleb has been our technician both times. I can’t speak highly enough about these guys. They’re quick and do a great job. Both times they’ve helped us has been in a pinch and they come through every time. HIGHLY recommend.

D&D came out to inspect our air conditioning system. Brad did a great job. He showed up when he said he would and was very polite and professional. He found a couple of small problems with the system and told us what we needed to do to correct them. He could have done some unnecessary work and charged us more, but he was completely honest with us. Since Brad corrected the problems, our air conditioner is running much quieter and much cooler.<br><br>Thank you, D&D.
