Brad with D&D came out today. He made the timing work and arrived right on time.

Service men were very respectful and kept a clean job. The supplied a temporary portable cooler to make it a little more comfortable while replacing the AC unit. Highly recommend them.

My plumber was efficient, courteous , & clean.

Caleb came out to check my gas line to see if I had a leak. He was thorough checking both outside and inside the house. He was friendly and kind. Very good price for dervice call. Thank you to Caleb for working on the very hot sun.

I had a pipe separate- break in a shower. The pipe was in the attic and fed the shower rain head. D&D had us in the schedule the same morning and Leo Silva, who had been to our house before was dispatched quickly. Leo was able to replace the broken pipe and reinstalled the shower head after getting a new pipe. He was quick and everything was clean and back to normal in 1-2 hours. We really appreciate the speed of their response saving us the possible expense of repairing water damages.

This is the 2nd time I have used D&D---this time to check out an unknown water leak which resulted in a high water bill. D&D came out 1st thing the day after I called. Leo, the service technician, was awesome. He took time to thoroughly assess where the leak was coming from as it was not readily evident. Ultimately, he found the leak, told me options on repairing and took care of the leak. Leo was professional, easy to work with and excellent at explaining things to me. I could tell he enjoyed his job and providing the best in customer service. Their pricing is fair and there is no upselling. I *highly* recommend D&D and am strongly considering joining their Elite Comfort Membership Plan. Thank you Leo! And shout out to Vivian who answered the phone when I called for service---you could feel her smile over the phone!
First review---2 years ago. I was recommended by my family as well as having good reviews on the Next Door app. My hot water heater went on the fritz and D&D responded promptly to my request for service. I love that they gave me all details up front about the charge per hour and also sent me a picture and brief bio of the technician before he arrived at my home to do the repairs. Hayden, the technician, was right on time, was very pleasant and took great care with the repair. D&D had fair prices and great service. Highly recommend!.

Two of my air conditioners weren’t working properly. The technician diagnosed the problems. He got one working. Unfortunately the split system was legs up dead. It will need to be replaced.

Josh, Service Technician did an excellent job replacing our kitchen faucet & lighting pilot lights. He was prompt, honest & knowledgeable. He was very nice, personable & helped me with picking out the correct brand of faucet needed. The work was completed in good time & done well. We appreciate D&D Plumbing & the services they provide.

This is the second time D&D has helped us out. Caleb has been our technician both times. I can’t speak highly enough about these guys. They’re quick and do a great job. Both times they’ve helped us has been in a pinch and they come through every time. HIGHLY recommend.

D&D came out to inspect our air conditioning system. Brad did a great job. He showed up when he said he would and was very polite and professional. He found a couple of small problems with the system and told us what we needed to do to correct them. He could have done some unnecessary work and charged us more, but he was completely honest with us. Since Brad corrected the problems, our air conditioner is running much quieter and much cooler.

D&D did a sewer line replacement for me. They showed up when they said they would, communicated clearly and the price made sense. Can’t recommend them enough, they will be my only call in the future for any work like this.

Called after hours for HVAC not working for my grandmother. The tech Brad got back to me within 15 minutes to go check it out. Very kind on the phone and in person, he solved the problem in no time at all! Thank you Brad!

Called and had someone named Caleb and Tommy come over to fix an issue with our shower handle and replace sink faucet in bathroom. They did a fantastic job and did not have to cut a hole either! Would definitely call again and request these 2 guys for any future issues!!

We had our gas turned off by Atmos due to a leak. Eric Lopez and his assistant (wish I knew his name) came and solved our problem immediately! They determined where the leak was, repaired it, contacted the city inspector, and had our gas restored in 1 day. Most importantly, they were VERY respectful of our home and cleaned up after the job. We've never had a better experience with a contractor in our home! Thank you! You have earned our business for life!

They helped us with our rental , we had several plumbers there only too have our house flood by another plumber in Midland so we are real nervous to have people work on our homes now there were some issues with our water softener and water heater that Lowes was able to fix but D and D did great on our toilet repair and flushing of our water lines , thank you for making it right !

D&D has been a great company servicing my home. I have used them in the past, but more recently (yesterday) Christian and his helper cam to fix my shower fixture and flush my water heater. They were both very friendly, courteous and professional. Christian answered all my questions and explained the job in full detail. He estimated the job would take 2-3 hours depending on any issues foreseen getting the shower faucet removed. Christian lucked out and was able to complete all tasks in under an hour, saving me money.

We have lived in Midland since 2011. We have had multiple plumbing issues here in there as expected with homeownership. Whenever we have an issue we always call D and D plumbing. They are always courteous, respectful, on time, Reasonable and just kind. There are not many companies out there that have the same customer service as D and D plumbing. I truly wish we had more companies out there like them. Thank you for serving our community.

D&D did an excellent job for my parents. The technician, Eric Lopez, was amazing—very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Juan Nájera tackled the sixty-something year-old plumbing in our church building to clear toilets that frequently clog. He was professional, fast, and knowledgeable, and did not stop at merely succeeding in making them flush. He stressed the system repeatedly to ensure the root cause was addressed, and hopefully ensured the fix will last. We are grateful for same-day service, excellent communication, and a problem free transaction.

UPDATE 9/25/25: This is my second experience with D&D and they are doing a fantastic job! First, dispatch called and let me know they had an opening within minutes of me booking an appointment online. It made me feel like a VIP customer for a non-emergency issue. Secondly, Juan arrived on time, made his assessment and then easily explained why he didn’t think snaking the drain would fix the smell. He suggested a smoke test to determine if there was a leak and sure enough, there was a busted pipe in the attic! He quickly got to work making the repair and I’m so glad he made the suggestion rather than what I had been told by others. Juan’s confidence and expertise is something he and D&D should be proud of! A huge ‘Thank You’ to Juan & D&D! ORIGINAL REVIEW 7/2/25: Our AC was making a horrific noise. Called D&D and they were onsite within a couple hours. Isaac was our tech and he was friendly and professional. He was able to troubleshoot, pickup the part, and make the repairs quickly! So happy that we called D&D!

Complete new AC system install, inside and out! They did an AMAZING job, those poor kids were working in 100° weather, inside our garage that had to be 110°, and did an ICREDIBKE job!! We will never use anyone but D&D from now on!! Great job guys!!!

Rylan came out on a Sunday, and had my A/C back up and running in an hour! This company has always come through when we need them the most. I made the mistake of trying to rely on a home warranty service and was stuck in a hotel with no response from the warranty company. If you're in a similar situation, do yourself a favor and just give these guys a call. They're honest, reliable, reasonable, and they respond quickly. We discovered the condensation drain line on our AC broken on Saturday Memorial Day weekend after lunch. I called D&D. Michael came out later that evening. He had the drain line fixed in no time and was very pleasant to talk to even though he was away from his family on a holiday weekend.

The D&D Plumbers that responded overnight to address my plumbing issue were timely, professional, courteous and competent. They worked quickly and solved the problem. The price was fair.

Bulldozer hit a water line. 3 buildings offline - no water, toilets - general contractor and I were making frantic calls to a bunch of plumbers. D&D was there in 30 minutes. Bailed us out in 30 minutes. Unbelievably responsive. A+, would hire again, and pay triple.

Rylan worked on my AC unit to discover fan motor was out. Because D&D replaced the fan motor 1 year ago + 1 week, D&D applied their warranty to the new fan motor which resulted in being charged for Labor. D&D treats customers right!!! Wayne and his team are truly exceptional, we had been waiting for another plumbing company for over a week to come and fix the ongoing plumbing issues in our utility room, which backed up our laundry room and left us in a complete flood. Wayne came in, understood the problem and the root of it, explained exactly what he was going to do and scheduled our service within 3 days of us calling in - Wayne is professional, kind and completely understanding of our situation, and how urgent it was to fix the issue so that it didn't affect the rest of our home - we are so unbelievably grateful for the team at D&D and cannot express that enough!

Ramiro did a thorough job (second major leak repair he’s done on our plumbing) and is always easy to communicate and work with. Plumbing work was well done and made it easy to understand what all our options were to repair the leak. Picture is from midway through install of the new drain line tie in to repair the leak.
